Blanton's Bourbon - 12
A sweet blend of raisin, caramel, and orange coats the mouth with a soft,
but full amount of initial sweetness. A slight floral hint is notable, but not too much
to take away from tasting like a true "bourbon". The spicy palette fades away to burnt sugars,
caramel, and vanilla.
Blanton's Gold - 30
Hints of spicy rye and tobacco, followed by caramel and honey, dark fruit and citrus notes.
Oak and vanilla contribute to an extremely long and harmonious finish.
Eagle Rare 17 Year - 40
The fragrant aroma has almost a wine-like character with hints of almond, cigar boxes and cinnamon.
The delicate and dry mid-palate tastes of leather, vanilla and tobacco. This bourbon lingers, finishing with hint of leather and toffee.
E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof - 18

Kentucky Owl Bourbon Confiscated - 20

Kentucky Owl Bourbon Dry State - 125
Tastes are true to Kentucky Owl but bigger and bolder with notes of s'mores, orange zest, and chewy caramel.

The taste is thick, peppery, and intense with black pepper and a hint of cinnamon that fade slowly to
reveal hints of apples, pears, oak tannins, and a touch of honey in the background.
The finish is dry and astringent with lingering spices and a hint of oak.
Old Forester Batch 2 (Proof 126.4) - 25
Has a nose of toasted caramel, leather, pipe tobacco, honey, and touches of oak and vanilla.
The taste is thick, chewy, and peppery with a hint of chili powder, honey, oatmeal, and oak tannins underneath.
Water opens up dark chocolate on the palate while delaying the onset of the spices just a bit.
The finish is long and slightly astringent with lingering spices and honey.

Three Chord Bourbon Twelve Bar Reserve - 10
