Blanton's Bourbon - 12
A sweet blend of raisin, caramel, and orange coats the mouth with a soft,
but full amount of initial sweetness. A slight floral hint is notable, but not too much
to take away from tasting like a true "bourbon". The spicy palette fades away to burnt sugars,
caramel, and vanilla.
Blanton's Gold - 30
Hints of spicy rye and tobacco, followed by caramel and honey, dark fruit and citrus notes.
Oak and vanilla contribute to an extremely long and harmonious finish.
Eagle Rare 17 Year - 40
The fragrant aroma has almost a wine-like character with hints of almond, cigar boxes and cinnamon.
The delicate and dry mid-palate tastes of leather, vanilla and tobacco. This bourbon lingers, finishing with hint of leather and toffee.
